SCHOOL LEADERS’ SEARCH SERVICES
The PA Principals Association has launched a process to conduct principal and assistant principal searches for school districts, charter schools, career and technical schools, etc. After receiving numerous requests from districts about potential candidates for leadership positions, we decided that we are in the best position to offer our assistance and expertise in helping to secure quality individuals for our schools.
The table below highlights two search processes; one for entities who have an immediate need for a school leader which is called our Fast Track, and the Regular Process for those entities who are not faced with an immediate need. The advantages of using our services to conduct a search are that we have access to approximately 3,500 active school leaders who will receive vacancy notices and will be encouraged to apply and the searches will be conducted by PA Principals Association staff members who were leaders of both schools and districts and understand the current issues facing school leaders today.
Fast Track: This process is designed for a district who is facing an immediate need to fill a principal or assistant principal position.
Regular Process: This process is designed for a district who is not faced with filling a principal or assistant principal position immediately.
