  • PENNSYLVANIA PRINCIPALS’ LEADERSHIP EXCELLENCE SERIES – Navigating Leadership Contexts: Mapping, Assessing, and Strengthening Relationships for School Success

  • PASCD Curriculum Leadership Academy – Pennsylvania ASCD’s Curriculum Leadership Academy aims to provide educators with a comprehensive professional learning experience in curriculum leadership. The program includes the following topics: (1) Foundations of Curriculum Leadership, (2) Analyzing Curriculum Design, (3) Developing and Revising Curriculum, and (4) Implementing and Evaluating Curriculum. This course is intended for central office administrators, principals, assistant principals, and other educational leaders. It will cover strategies and techniques for success, available resources, and approaches to ongoing improvement in various aspects of curriculum leadership.
  • PASCD Supervision Leadership Academy -The Pennsylvania ASCD Supervision Academy targets educators who want to enhance teacher growth through supervision. The program benefits building administrators, central office administrators, and teacher leaders. Participants will explore beliefs and assumptions regarding supervision and evaluation, discuss the key elements needed to create a climate of inquiry, practice using classroom observation tools, analyze data to enhance instruction, understand and apply supervisory practices for novice, experienced, and struggling teachers, and discuss evaluation practices and their implementation.
