Pennsylvania students must learn cursive under new law

All Pennsylvania students will now need to learn cursive.
Gov. Josh Shapiro (D) signed House Bill 17, which received bipartisan support, into law Tuesday. It places cursive handwriting with reading, arithmetic, geography and history as mandated subjects in all public and private schools.
