Are you a veteran principal (5+ years of experience) looking for a learning experience that does not include a large text and a syllabus?

The Pennsylvania Principals Association will soon be kicking off its third cohort of the Leader of Leaders Collaborative, designed for veteran principals looking to learn and grow with others.

• Network with veteran principals across the state.
• Engage in experiential learning in the field from both education and non-education entities using the Schlechty Center’s framework while creating engaging work for adults and students.
• Earn 90 Act 45 hours.

Principals who choose to participate and make a commitment to join this collaborative will attend three, three-day in-person sessions (beginning with an in-person kick-off session in July 2026). Additionally, four one-hour virtual check-in sessions will be held throughout the year.
