The Pennsylvania School Board Association (PSBA) and the PSBA Trust will utilize a new training facility in Cumberland County to educate school leaders and law enforcement on how to more effectively respond to emergencies. The 11,000-square-foot facility will be located next to the PSBA’s headquarters on Baden Powell Lane in Silver Spring Township.
