Principal Induction Registration Information

Principal Induction – Instructions to Register:

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO REGISTER:

Step 1: Access the PDE SAS Portal

1. Open your web browser and go to the PDE SAS portal at www.pdesas.org.
2. Log in using your PDE SAS account credentials. If you don’t have an account, click Register and follow the instructions to create one.

Step 2: Navigate to the Professional Development Section

1. On the homepage, click on the “Professional Development” tab on the main screen. (It is the last box/icon listed.)
2. Click “Act 45 Courses.”

Step 3: Search for Principal Induction Courses

1. Use the search catalog to type “Principal Induction.”
2. Press Enter or click the search icon to display the courses.

Step 4 – Register for Principal Induction

1. Currently enrolled Induction Participants 
   • Register for Principal Induction-Launching Leadership June in-person session.
2. “Induction Participants (beginning July/ August 2026-2027)
   • Registration will open in early April 2026 on the PDE SAS portal. If you are interested in participating, please visit the SAS PD Center and complete the 2026–2027 Principal Induction Interest Form.
   • Once logged in: 
     1. Navigate to the Course Catalog.
     2. Click on Act 45.
     3. Look for the yellow box labeled “Interested in the 2026/2027 Principal Induction Program?”
     4. Complete the survey by clicking the blue/yellow box.

Step 5: Register for the Course

1. Click Options and choose Register from the drop-down menu.
2. Click the “Register” button.
3. Follow the prompts to confirm your registration.

Step 6: Check Back for Future Courses

• Other Principal Induction courses will be made available for registration soon.
• Periodically check the SAS portal under the Professional Learning section for updates.
