Homeless youth are often under-counted and underrepresented, so in a continuing effort to get a picture of what youth homelessness looks like in Philadelphia, Valley Youth House and the city’s Office of Homeless Services released volunteers on city streets in an effort to identify as many homeless teens as possible.
