Return of masks looms as possibility with new school year in central PA

A new school year is starting up soon, and all the students out there will be gathering their pencils and their books. At least some central Pennsylvania students will be bringing masks, too. While most schools in the Harrisburg region are not requiring students to wear masks inside school buildings for the start of the school year, they have left enough wiggle room in their health-and-safety plans that would allow them to reinstate face coverings should the coronavirus pandemic worsen.
