Pennsylvania Legislature Approves $28.375 Billion Budget

The Pennsylvania Legislature has approved a 2013-14 state budget that spends $28.375 billion. It adds $22.5 million in funding to the basic education subsidy line over an earlier House proposal and $32.5 million over what Governor Corbett proposed in February.
