Has remote learning ended snow days for schools?

Remember those childhood days of waking up, rushing to the window, and seeing a blanket of snow covering your neighborhood? Often, that meant it was a snow day – no school. But now, many students are learning remotely due to the coronavirus pandemic, and most schools have adopted the technology that allows them to teach virtually. So, does that mean we have seen the end of the snow day? Probably not. But schools do have more options.
