Brian W. Swartzlander, Jr., Principal of Kiski Area Upper Elementary School (5-6) in the Kiski Area School District (Westmoreland County), has been named Pennsylvania’s 2024 National Distinguished Principal (NDP) by the Pennsylvania Principals Association.

As a state winner, Brian will be recognized by the PA Principals Association and the National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP).
