The Pennsylvania Principals Association is requesting small group session proposals for its LEAD19 State Conference, Oct. 13-14 at The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel in State College, PA. 

The sessions must focus on one of the following four conference strands:

• Strategic/Cultural Leadership 
• Systems Leadership
• Leadership for Learning
• Professional and Community Leadership
