PA Principals Association Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing and directing all business affairs of the association, and it holds full authority to exercise all powers on the association’s behalf. The Board is made up of the organization’s officers, representatives from national associations, and eighteen State Directors elected by geographic region. These State Directors include one elementary and one secondary representative from each of the nine regions, along with additional at-large members representing professional development, diversity, supervision/directorship and assistant principals.
