Auditor General Eugene DePasquale appeared on Tuesday before the House Appropriations Committee followed by the Senate Appropriations Committee. Many of the same topics were address at the hearings. While his department’s request for a $43.6 million appropriation — a $876,000 increased from this year — was touched on, the bulk of both hearings was spent discussing a number of other topics.
