Certification Staffing Policies and Guidelines (CSPG) Updates – CSPG 13 and CSPG 101

The Bureau of School Leadership and Teacher Quality reviewed and updated the following Certification Staffing Policies and Guidelines effective February 1, 2018.

CSPG 13 – Emergency Permits

Many changes and updates have been made to this CSPG, including reissuance requirements for a Type 01 Emergency Permit.  A webinar will be available within the next few months regarding the changes to CSPG 13.  We recommend reviewing this CSPG in the meantime.

CSPG 101 – Paraprofessional Staff

Changes were made to update language to this CSPG clarifying paraprofessional direction under certified personnel.
