Negotiations on the final budget continue with House Bill 1980, the teacher and principal evaluation legislation, now part of the discussions. HB 1980 is expected to move along with the education funding bill. PA Principals Association would prefer to see more discussion especially on linking evaluation results to test scores. However, there appears to be no other opposition to its passage.
