The Department of Educational Foundations at Millersville (PA) University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track position beginning August 2020. Candidates for this position should have a strong commitment to preparing graduate students and new school leaders in educational leadership and educational research. ?We seek a scholar-leader who can work with critically minded colleagues of diverse backgrounds and can contribute to the substantive work of the department and university. This position requires knowledge and experience in the fields of educational leadership and quantitative research. Primary teaching responsibilities will be based on expertise and will involve graduate courses in the M.A., M.Ed. and Ed.D. programs in Educational Leadership. Instruction will primarily be at the masters and doctoral level; although undergraduate courses may be assigned. Other responsibilities will include scholarly activities and active membership on various departmental, school, and university committees.
